Connection and trust should be a big deal for your photographer. We want to get to know you so that by your wedding day, we feel like old friends and blend right in with the rest of your guests. We take a journalistic approach to our photography in order to let all the raw emotions and authentic moments shine through. Our hope is that when you look back at your wedding photos, you’ll feel the overwhelming love and joy that surrounded you on your wedding day.


Understanding what’s most important to you is a priority. We want to get to know you and your dynamic together. Every couple we have the chance of working with is so different, and it’s part of what we love about our job.


• How many images do we get?

We deliver an average of 100 photos per hour we're with you, with a guaranteed minimum of 600 photos.

• How long does it take to get our photos back?

It can vary slightly depending on the time of year, but it'll generally take 5-6 weeks to get your entire wedding gallery back to you.

• How do you deliver the images?

As soon as your photos are done being edited, we'll upload them to an online gallery that includes the full-res photos for large prints and low-res photos to share on social media. You have the ability to print, share, and download from the gallery.

• Do you still take family portraits?

Yes! The family photos are still some of the most important photos taken on your wedding day. We’ll cover all the combinations you want as we approach the day. We’ve streamlined the process to be super efficient, because putting on a smile for more than 20 minutes gets tiring. Fast.

• Do you need a shot list?

We want to know what’s most important to you so we can be hyper-aware, but we do our best to cover all the detail-shots and little moments that occurs on your wedding day, so it’s unlikely we wouldn’t get a shot that would end up on a shot list. With that said, if there are any special requests, we absolutely want to know!

• Do you have travel fees?

For weddings, we include anything between LA and San Diego. If you’re getting married outside of that, we’d love to hear more and can give you a more accurate quote.
Engagement sessions are limited to a 50 mile radius from the Long Beach area. Anything further but within southern california is $150 for travel.

• Do you offer albums?

Yes, in fact we believe getting digital images is really only half of the process. Having prints of your favorite images that you can touch and hold carries so much more power than just seeing them on a computer screen. Our fine-art albums come with a lifetime guarantee and printed on thick archival paper. This will most likely be your first family heirloom, so investing in something that will last for generations is so important.

• How much is the deposit?

We ask for 50% of the package price to hold your date, because from then on we are turning down all other inquiries for your date.

• Why should we hire a husband and wife team?

By having two photographers, you get double coverage, and it allows us to be in two places at once.
With Jess, you get a woman's perspective and laser-focused attention to detail. From Chris you'll get a guy's perspective, and his 6th sense of anticipating a moment just before it happens. Typically Jess will take getting ready photos of the girls while Chris is with the guys.
We've also learned how to balance each other, and cover each other's weaknesses on the wedding day (because that's what marriage is all about, right?)
